Plain English, no lawyer-speak. Here's exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and how to make us delete it.
The short version
- We don't sell your data. Not to anyone, ever, for any price.
- We collect what you type into our contact form — so we can reply to you.
- We use Google Analytics to see which pages people read. That's it.
- Email us and we'll delete everything we have on you. No forms, no hoops.
Who we are
ATX Site Pro is a website design business based in Austin, Texas, owned and operated by Gravity Base LLC. When this policy says "we," "us," or "our," that's who it means. This policy covers the website at atxsitepro.com and everything on it.

What we collect
Information you give us
If you fill in a form on this site — the contact form or the free audit request — we collect the fields you complete:
That's the entire list. We don't ask for your address, date of birth, social security number, or payment details through this website.
Information collected automatically
Like nearly every website, some information is gathered automatically when you visit:
- Analytics data — which pages you viewed, how long you stayed, roughly where you're located (city level), what type of device and browser you used, and which site sent you here. This is collected by Google Analytics 4.
- Server logs — our host records standard technical information like IP addresses and request times, which is used to keep the site running and secure.
We use this to understand things like "the pricing page gets read but nobody scrolls to the FAQ." We are not trying to identify you personally, and we don't attempt to.
Cookies
This site uses cookies from Google Analytics to tell repeat visits apart from new ones. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site trackers on this website.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the site will keep working normally. If you'd rather opt out of Google Analytics everywhere, Google publishes a browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
How we use your information
Only for these things:
- Replying to your message, quote request, or audit request
- Preparing and sending the free website audit you asked for
- Doing the work, if you become a client — building your site, and managing your listings or marketing if you've added one of those plans
- Sending occasional follow-ups about a conversation we've already started with you
- Understanding which pages of this site are useful, in aggregate
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We don't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for, and we don't pass your details to other contractors, lead brokers, or "marketing partners." If you contact us and decide not to hire us, that's the end of it.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of outside services to run this business. They only ever see what they need to do their job:
Beyond that, we'd only disclose information if the law required it — a court order, a subpoena, or a legal obligation we can't refuse.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't become projects — kept up to 24 months, in case you come back, then deleted.
- Client records — kept while you're a client and for as long afterwards as tax and business records require.
- Analytics data — retained on Google's standard schedule, currently 14 months.
You don't have to wait for any of those windows. Ask us and we'll delete your information sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- Show you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete everything we have on you
- Stop contacting you entirely
Email hello@atxsitepro.com and say which one. There's no form to fill in and no verification runaround — we'll confirm it's you and take care of it, normally within a few days.
If you're in a place with specific privacy laws, such as California (CCPA/CPRA) or the EU and UK (GDPR), those rights are yours by law and we honor them. Notably: we have no "sale" or "sharing" of personal information to opt out of under California law, because we don't do it.
Security
This site is served entirely over HTTPS, so anything you submit is encrypted in transit. Form submissions go to a password-protected account only the founder can access. We keep the amount of information we hold deliberately small, which is the most effective protection there is — data we never collected can't be exposed.
That said, no method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure, and we can't promise absolute security.
Children
This site is meant for business owners and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Links to other sites
This site links out to other places — our Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, and occasionally tools or articles we reference. Once you leave atxsitepro.com, this policy no longer applies. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we'd encourage you to read them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, and we have your email because you're a client, we'll tell you directly rather than expecting you to notice.
