Do I own the site, or is there anything to cancel?
You own the Build outright — the code, the domain, and the content are all yours. There's nothing to cancel. Monthly plans (Care, Get Found, Market Leader) are month-to-month; cancel anytime and you keep your site.
Is there really no monthly fee?
Correct. The Build is a one-time fee with free lifetime hosting. Monthly only applies if you choose a Care, Get Found, or Market Leader plan — and even then, you keep the site if you ever stop.
What's the difference between the monthly plans?
Care ($49/mo) keeps your site maintained — unlimited edits, updates, security, hosting. Get Found ($149/mo) adds managed Google Business Profile, review generation, local SEO and call tracking, so customers actually find you. Market Leader ($499/mo) adds managed Google Ads with conversion landing pages, your signature jingle running on local YouTube, and new service & city pages every month.
Do you offer payment plans on the Build?
Yes — if splitting the one-time Build fee into smaller payments is easier, just ask and I'll set that up for you.
What counts as a "small edit"?
Text changes, new photos, updated hours or prices, adding a service to a list, seasonal promos — anything under 30 minutes. These are unlimited on any monthly plan.
