Do I own the website and domain?
Yes. Unlike agencies that "rent" you a website, with a Build you own everything — the code, the .com domain, and the content all belong to you. It's yours to keep, export, or move to another host anytime.
Is there really no monthly fee?
Correct. The Build is a one-time fee with free lifetime hosting included — no recurring cost from me. Monthly only comes in if you choose to add Care or the Growth Engine, and even then it's month-to-month: cancel anytime and you keep your site.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. If splitting the Build fee into smaller payments makes it easier to get started, just ask and I'll set that up for you.
What if I stop the monthly add-on?
You keep your site — period. The Build is yours forever. If you ever cancel Care or the Growth Engine, your website stays live and online; you just stop getting the ongoing edits, updates, and marketing. No hostage games, ever.
What does the Build include?
A custom multi-page website built around your trade (no templates), professional copywriting, mobile-first design, click-to-call & lead forms, a local SEO foundation with schema markup, Google submission, your Business Profile connected, and free lifetime hosting with SSL.
Are there any hidden costs?
None from me — hosting is free for life. The only outside cost is your domain registration (about $12/year), and that's registered in your name so you own it directly.
What do I need to give you to start?
If you already have a website, social pages, or a Google listing, I pull your info and photos straight from there. Starting fresh? Just your business name, your list of services, and any photos you have. No good photos of your work? I use professional, industry-specific images that match your trade.
How many revisions do I get?
Two full rounds of revisions on your build. If it's still not right after that, you don't pay — you walk away owing nothing.
How fast will my site be live?
Most builds go live within about 48 hours of our call. Because I start from proven, high-converting layouts and tailor them to your business, we skip the months-long timelines traditional agencies charge for.
Can I edit the site later?
Just message me — you never log in or touch code. On the Build, edits are billed simply as needed. Add the Care plan and small edits become unlimited, and I keep everything updated for you.
Will I show up #1 on Google?
I set up everything Google needs to find you — sitemap, indexing, Search Console, and your Business Profile. Reaching the very top depends on your local competition; that's exactly what the Growth Engine add-on does — actively climbs the rankings for you over time.
What's the difference between the Build and the Growth Engine?
The Build is your website — a one-time fee, yours forever. The Growth Engine is optional monthly marketing on top: I manage your Google Business Profile, generate reviews, add service and city pages, and track your calls — all to get your phone ringing. You keep the site no matter what.
Are you a real person, or an agency?
A real person. I'm Yuri, based in Austin — no overseas team, no ticket queue, no account manager you can't reach. The person who builds your site is the same person who answers your phone.
What if I already have a website?
I rebuild and replace it with something far better. Your domain stays exactly the same — your visitors just start seeing a much stronger website.
