Bella Cucina began with a suitcase of recipes from Salerno and a stubborn belief that Austin deserved real Italian food — the kind that takes all day and tastes like it.
Everything is made in-house: the pasta rolled each morning, the mozzarella pulled by hand, the sauce simmered the slow way. Our wood-fired oven runs at 900 degrees; our kitchen runs on family pride.
